My name is Jason Vice. Let me put my 30 years of machining experience to work for you. I can provide you with CAM files, G-code, detailed set-up sheets, and complete tool lists that are easy to read. I use the most up to date, state-of-the-art software like Mastercam (whatever version you are using up to the most current version) and Autodesk Fusion 360 to ensure that my code is safe, efficient, and complies with all relevant codes and standards.
Fixture Design
I offer fixture design services to ensure that your parts are machined to the highest level of quality achievable on your machine. I am well-versed in the latest technologies and can provide effective solutions that can work for multiple operations.
Process Development / Automation Services
I provide project automation services to ensure that manufacturing projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards, all with little or no set-up time. I have lots of experience managing projects of various sizes and complexities. Even if you are running older machines, I can reduce your set-up times significantly by utilizing my expertise in G-code and tooling.
Training & Education
I provide training and education services to help clients improve the skills and knowledge of CNC programming and machine shop staff. My training programs can be tailored to meet your specific needs and can cover a wide range of topics. I am happy to teach you what I know!
